Ordering terms and delivery

• Orders are sent to all countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area. For customers outside the Baltic Sea region, seedlings are sent in October and November
• Customers take full responsibility for all local phytosanitary and other local rules about plant movement over country borders. 
• The description of the seedlings sold by the company "Daba Dārzs un Vide" mentions the appropriate winter hardiness zones.
• Please note that most seedlings are introduced species and should be planted in protected areas. You should avoid planting in frost pockets, on northern slopes, etc. Before purchasing seedlings, please check plant suitability for your local conditions.
• Purchases made during the active vegetation of trees are sent when the trees enter their dormant (leafless) period.
• In case of frost below -5C, shipments may be sent after the frost period
• In case of an incorrect shipment, the company will send the missing item or refund the money for the shipment.
• The company guarantees that customers are sent healthy plants without diseases and pests.
• Customers are informed that upon receiving the product they purchased live plants and they must take full responsibility for planting and maintenance.
• If the plant has died during cultivation, then please send a description with photo fixation that was done from the time the package was opened until the fact was established.
• Orders are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia
• Goods can be returned within 14 days, with the buyer covering the shipping and packaging costs. Returns do not apply to live plants.
